Why Honu?
Honu means “green sea turtle” in the Hawaiian language. As we are located in Paia, Hawaii, many honus rest and bask at our nearby local beach, Ho’okipa. When we kiteboard in the Maui waters, we often see a little turtle head pop out of the water. We want to raise awareness and respect for these magnificent creatures, as we live close to their environment.

Naomi
Naomi’s passion is helping businesses strategize through the creative process of developing a modern, simple, and functional website as well as walk through step by step to determine a business’s brand.
Naomi is passionate about projects that make a difference in the lives of others. She is also a Red Cross Disaster Service Volunteer training with the Maui County Leadership Team, prepared to respond when disaster strikes.
Passions: Web design, Kiteboarding, Gardening
Hometown: Grew up in Tokyo, Japan, now resides in Paia, Maui.
Oliver
Oliver received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and has been in the IT industry since 2001. He founded Breeze Computers in 2006 for PC/Mac repair, data recovery, and solving virus problems. Oliver has built a number of websites over the years and has deep knowledge as the back end developer to maintain servers and database.
Oliver is passionate about leaving a minimal global footprint. His Breeze Computers Home Office is powered by 28 solar panels, which is enough to even charge his electric car, a Nissan Leaf.
Hometown: You will definitely ask where Oliver’s strong unique accent comes from. Oliver was born in South Carolina and raised in Zurich, Switzerland. Now he resides in Paia, Maui.
